We offer two measures of real estate profitability: the APR and IRR (Internal Rate of Return). The APR is how much you will get from rent. The IRR includes the APR plus the expected price growth for this property.

Rental real estate, where you receive rental income from the first day you buy tokens. Such properties are offered on the Rental page. These are already built properties.

Construction investments, which allows you to invest in real estate during the construction phase. Investing in properties at the construction stage can bring significantly higher returns than buying an already built property. This is possible because the construction companies offer to buy properties at a large discount when investing at an early stage.
