In Binaryx, you can pull out of your investment at any moment. Go to Dashboard and click “Sell Property” for the apartment that you want to sell:

Enter your email and click “Continue”. Why email? While we are working on a full-fledged Binaryx Secondary Market, its first iteration is very simplistic: it works through email-based buying and selling waitlists. After you place your selling order, you will receive an email notification soon with simple instructions to sell. The Secondary Market with the token exchange executed in seconds will become available on Binaryx in the next few months.
