Each property is connected to a management company that maintains this property, looks for new tenants, solves problems, and collects rental payments. After collecting rental payments, the company divides it into three parts:
- For its services, the management company holds part of the property's rental income. The default option is 18%, but this can be changed through the voting of property co-owners.
- Binaryx platform holds a flat 2% of the rental income.
- The remaining 80% are exchanged for stablecoins (USDT) and distributed among investors (property co-owners).
